Power House Courier provides critical logistics services including same-day courier, AoG aviation, organ & tissue transport, cord blood, legal, medical/biomedical, NFO, on-board courier, nationwide trucking, and casket transport. All services subject to availability, equipment, and legal restrictions on the cargo type.
Quotes are estimates based on information provided. Final price may vary if cargo, route, or service tier changes. Orders are confirmed when accepted by our dispatcher. Cancellations require notice — fees may apply for cancelled rush or NFO bookings already in progress.
We guarantee delivery per the service tier booked (Rush 2hr, Standard 4hr, etc.). If we accept a court-cutoff or AoG run and fail to make the deadline due to PHC fault, the run is on us. Force-majeure events (severe weather, airport closures, accidents) may delay delivery and are not covered by guarantee.
PHC is bonded and insured. Standard cargo coverage applies to all shipments. For high-value cargo (above standard coverage limits), declared-value coverage is available — please inform our dispatcher at booking and request the declared-value rider.
We do not carry: illegal substances; weapons (except properly licensed and declared); cash above standard limits; or any cargo prohibited by federal/state law or air carrier rules. Hazmat is accepted only with proper paperwork and on hazmat-endorsed routes.
Payment terms depend on account type. One-time orders are typically paid at booking. B2B accounts receive consolidated monthly invoices on Net 15 or Net 30 terms. Late payment may incur fees per the B2B agreement.
For medical deliveries, we operate as a HIPAA Business Associate. BAAs available on request. For legal work, NDAs are signed at firm and/or individual courier level for confidential matters.
Disputes resolved by good-faith discussion first, then binding arbitration in Arizona under AAA rules. Class actions waived.
