You call or submit a request. A dispatcher assigns a credentialed medical courier — typically within 15 minutes. The driver is selected based on proximity, vehicle type (temperature-controlled if needed), and hospital credentialing status.

Secure Pickup

The courier arrives at the collection point — hospital lab, physician office, pharmacy, or clinical site. Specimen or cargo is verified against the order manifest. Packaging integrity is confirmed. Temperature logging begins if the cargo requires cold chain. A signed pickup receipt with timestamp is captured digitally.

In-Transit Monitoring

GPS tracking is live throughout transit. For temperature-sensitive cargo, onboard sensors log readings continuously. The dispatcher monitors the route in real time and can intervene if there's a delay, deviation, or temperature excursion. You receive ETA updates automatically.

Verified Delivery

At delivery, the recipient verifies the cargo and signs digitally. A photo of the delivery point is captured. Temperature logs are closed and a full audit trail — pickup time, route, temperature readings, delivery signature, and photo — is compiled and available in your inbox within minutes.
