We collect information you provide directly to us when you request a quote, place an order, set up a B2B account, contact us, or apply to drive. This includes name, contact details, company, addresses, and any cargo-specific details required to fulfill your shipment.
We use your information to: provide courier services, dispatch and deliver shipments, communicate about your orders, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and improve our service. For medical/biomedical and legal courier work, we maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI and confidential client materials.
For medical and biomedical deliveries, we operate as a HIPAA Business Associate and can sign BAAs. For legal deliveries, we maintain strict confidentiality and can sign NDAs at firm and individual courier levels. Information related to PHI or confidential legal matters is never shared except to fulfill the delivery.
We do not sell your information. We share information only with: our drivers (limited to delivery details), carrier partners (FedEx, UPS, DHL, airlines) for NFO bookings, payment processors, and as required by law. Specialist couriers are NDA-bound for confidential work.
We use encrypted tracking, secure storage, and access controls to protect information. Our HIPAA-applicable systems are audited for compliance. No system is 100% secure, but we follow industry standards for the sensitivity level of the data.
